Refund Policy
Refunds will only be provided in the case of cancellation of the event due to weather conditions or due to company decisions. Refunds will not be provided if the event is postponed. Once the refund is initiated it will be processed within 7 working days.

Terms & Conditions

1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
2. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the venue for a seamless entry.
3. It is mandatory to follow social distancing.
4. Kindly refrain from buying tickets in case of any sickness or symptoms.
5. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
6. Rights of admission reserved.
7. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer and the management.
8. As per the State Government Guidelines, to enter the event, it is mandatory to be fully vaccinated. Vaccination certificates will be verified at the event entry, no entry will be permitted for non-vaccinated entries and tickets will not be refunded.
